Come for a chat, listen in, share your thoughts or simply enjoy being here. There’s room for everyone to join in their own way.

You will also hear more about their programs, share experiences from events you have attended, and help decide what should be looked at next. Some sessions include a short activity or a guest from a local community group, but everything is optional and designed to be welcoming and low stress.

D-Connect is built by people with disability, for people with disability. Family members, carers, friends, and community members are welcome to attend too, as long as they share the vision of making the South West a more inclusive and accessible place for everyone.

Workshop 2 Lino Printing

You'll design, carve and print your own lino block before applying it to fabric using textile inks. Workshop 1: Bleach Painting Discover the magic of drawing with light and contrast. In this introductory workshop, you'll learn how to safely use bleach as a creative medium to create striking designs on dark fabrics. Explore techniques for brushwork, shading, layering and pattern-making while transforming ordinary garments into one-of-a-kind statement pieces. You'll learn: Safe handling and application of bleach Basic design and composition techniques Brush and stencil methods How to create tonal effects and unique patterns Perfect for refreshing black or dark-coloured clothing and adding a bold artistic touch.
