We're looking for a fun mix of local makers, creatives and interactive service providers to join us for a day celebrating handmade goods, creativity, Halloween fun and community. Limited spaces available.
Product Stalls
For local makers & creatives
Bring your handmade goods, creative work, gifts and other products along and share them with the Gather community.
Here's what you get:
No upfront stall fee
No need for your own EFTPOS or payment system
Gather staff manage all payments throughout the event
You receive 70% of your sales revenue
Tables & shade can be provided if required
Style and present your products your way
You must be present at your stall during the market
Gather retains 30% of sales to cover event staffing, payment processing, administration, marketing and event delivery.
After the event, your share of sales will be transferred to you.
Interactive Service Stalls
New for Makers of Mischief!
We're introducing a limited number of interactive service-based stalls to bring even more Halloween fun to the day.
Think:
Face painting, henna, tarot readings, special effects makeup, halloween-themed experiences and other creative or interactive activities.
How it works:
$50 flat stall fee
Manage your own payments
Keep 100% of your service revenue
Tables & shade can be provided if required
You must be present at your stall during the market
Limited spaces available
Before You Apply
Please make sure you're available to attend:
Saturday 31 October 2026 | 10am–2pm
We'll review applications to create a great mix of stalls and experiences for the day.
Submitting an application does not guarantee a stall. We'll be in touch after applications have been reviewed.
